Chattanooga Police Searching For Typical Negro Parent

- Chattanooga investigators say they need your help to track down a man who ran from police leaving his child and a gun in the car.
Jerome Timmons, 29, faces charges of violation of parole, child abuse and neglect, evading arrest and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Police say Timmons hid a gun in some clothing in the backseat of his car, which he left behind when he ran from police. He also left his 8-year-old child in the car.
Timmons is 5'11 and weighs 180 pounds. He has tattoos on his right arm. His last known address was Vance Avenue in Chattanooga.
